It is with a heavy heart that I write some of my fondest memories of our dear friend Carolyn. We have known her for about 20 years and have been very close friends and business associates.
Carolyn was a very active Antique dealer and expert on Antique glass and pottery. We first net at the Metrolina Expo Antiques Show , where we shared a building together for a number of years, and at other antique malls.
We often took trips together to scout and pick items for our shops. I learned so much from her and we had so much in common that we became bonded over our love for antiquing, shopping and had so much fun together. My husband Bob , a chef used to make Carolyn her favorite desserts ... bread pudding, carrot cake, and Creme Brûlée’s! She loved her treats for sure.
I always enjoyed taking her to lunch at her favorite places ...she really loved seafood and especially shrimp !!! And she loved to go to K & W . She was always so kind and always concerned about her friends and how she loved animals...especially dogs. She loved her beloved shitzu Cody Joe !
I have so many memories with Carolyn and I know she’s in heaven and in a better place with our lord Jesus. She will be missed and we will always treasure her and love her ! Rest In Peace my dear friend ! Love from Kathy and Bob
